RIDER AGREEMENT
| 1. |
Rider knowingly and
willingly assumes the risks associated with being a buspool rider. |

Rider will abide by all
rules directed by
Driver. |
| 3. |
Rider will help keep the bus
clean and tidy. |
| 4. |
Rider will not distract
Driver while vehicle is moving. |
| 5. |
Rider will comply with all
reasonable requests from the Driver. |
6.
|
Termination of this
agreement is possible by either party for any reason. |
7.
|
Rider will pay his/her
monthly fare prior to riding and not later than the
25th of the month prior to riding. |
As a rider on the buspool, I have read and agree with all
